He brings over 15 years of experience in operations management, investment execution and large-scale project coordination, including experience overseeing complex energy and gas transactions, optimizing supply chains and managing high-value commercial assets.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Covenant University and a Master of Science degree from Coventry University in the United Kingdom.
Fanimokun Laja is an experienced Quantity Surveyor and construction professional with over 10 years of industry experience spanning quantity surveying, project management, and construction supervision.
He began his career with a two-year internship as a Construction Intern (Clerk of Works) on a major hotel development project in Lagos, where he gained practical exposure to site supervision, project coordination, and quality control within large-scale construction environments.
He subsequently spent six years with Consol Associates, widely recognized as Nigeria’s foremost firm of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, where he played an active role in delivering several complex construction and engineering projects.
He currently oversees the day-to-day operations of Larger Constellation Limited, a real estate development and consulting firm.
Stephanie Etiaka supports the development of Petstrat Energy’s strategic direction, drawing on experience in capital formation, market expansion and commercial platform-building.
She is a venture capital and innovation executive working across sports, media, technology and emerging-market capital. She is also Managing Partner at AppleGrove Advisory Limited and a founding member of Proseed.
Previously, she served as Head of Platform, Communications and Operations at CRE Venture Capital, where she led post-investment value creation, founder-support ecosystems, operational scaling frameworks, rebranding and investor and ecosystem communications.
Ayodele Smith provides strategic oversight of treasury planning, financial analysis, transaction structuring, capital allocation and financial risk management.
He works with the Managing Director and executive leadership team to help ensure that energy and gas transactions are commercially sound, adequately financed and aligned with liquidity requirements, risk controls and long-term growth priorities.
His experience includes international procurement, cross-border partnerships, investment analysis, corporate governance and strategic advisory across multiple sectors and markets.
Enuwa Oboh leads HR governance and people management at Petstrat Energy.
Her responsibilities include strengthening people policies, organizational structures, performance-management systems, employee relations and accountability frameworks, ensuring workforce practices align with strategic and operational requirements.
A CIPD-qualified corporate governance, human resources and institutional development professional, she brings over 10 years of experience across people management, business development, strategic partnerships, institutional fundraising and multi-stakeholder engagement.
